Return Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or product. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped.
- For all US orders, you have a maximum of 30 days to make returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns by mail are subject to a $9.99 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the shipping date. No returns made after 30 days from the shipping date will be accepted. For other international orders, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
- After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days after the shipping date. And choose your own shipping method and at your own cost.
- Other regions have not opened return service for the time being. You can use your own shipping method and at your own cost.
To ensure your return process goes smoothly, please remember:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, free of lint and hair, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Keep all tags attached to unworn garments.
- Prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on briefs.
- Holiday gift sets are final sale and non-returnable because they are limited-edition products and contain briefs.
- If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@luckmeey.com and our customer service team will assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above criteria.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a given period.
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-Luckmeeys items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
- Our returns are only available for US orders, orders outside the US will not be returned.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your package. The refund will be back to the original payment account.
- The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
